"A great experience buying my first car online! The service was friendly and responsive, as was the delivery driver, who took the time to explain the key features of my new vehicle. One thing to note: the quoted delivery times actually begin after receipt of full payment for the car and the necessary registration documents (which must be sent by mail). So, while 48–72 hours is the stated timeframe, in reality, it takes 6 to 8 days, depending on how quickly you complete the required procedures. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!"
"We were looking for a 7-seater vehicle. We preferred the Grand C4 SpaceTourer, which we found on the GERMAN AUTO CENTER website. Initially, we were a bit hesitant about handling everything online, but we ultimately decided to trust them. After thinking it over for a few hours, we finalized the purchase by paying the 20% deposit and the delivery fees. We are delighted with the car; it perfectly meets our expectations. Mr. Kai Witzel went out of his way to ensure the car was ready by the agreed date—just six days later! We sincerely thank him. The car was delivered to our home following a full inspection, and the whole process went very smoothly. We are really enjoying it during our vacation; it is pleasant to drive and offers moderate fuel consumption on long trips (averaging 4.8 liters per 100 km). We have already covered over 1,000 km, and so far, everything is going well. I recommend GERMAN AUTO CENTER for buying vehicles online. Thank you."
