1. Vehicle Orders and Availability

German Auto Center specializes in the sourcing, inspection, and importation of premium and luxury vehicles directly from Germany. Vehicles displayed on the website may be available for direct order or sourced specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of the order. German Auto Center reserves the right to confirm the final availability of a vehicle before processing an order.

2. Vehicle Condition and Description

We offer vehicles sourced from Germany and selected according to the information available at the time of sale. Each vehicle is presented with its main characteristics, price, equipment specification, and condition.

Vehicles may be classified as:

• New: Vehicles with zero or minimal delivery mileage.
• Used: Certified pre-owned vehicles inspected according to strict German quality standards.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all available information concerning the vehicle before placing an order.

3. Delivery

German Auto Center provides insured transport and delivery services across multiple European territories.

Delivery to several European countries.

Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery destination zone and are displayed or communicated during the ordering process. The delivery fee applicable to the order is included in the final calculation.

Our operational target is:

Fast delivery within 5 days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on vehicle logistics, customs formalities, weather conditions, and regional administrative procedures.

4. Administrative Procedures

German Auto Center provides comprehensive administrative assistance regarding the registration and transfer of ownership.

We handle all the paperwork, right up to the vehicle's registration.

Depending on the destination country and applicable laws, administrative procedures include preparing export documents, Certificate of Conformity (COC), technical inspection reports, and registration dossiers. The customer may be required to provide personal identity documents to complete local registration.

5. Vehicle Price and Additional Costs

The total order amount is calculated based on:

• Vehicle baseline price
• Delivery and logistics fees based on destination
• Any applicable administrative or service options

The customer receives an explicit financial summary prior to order submission. Price changes occurring after order confirmation do not alter the amount of a confirmed contract.

6. Payment

Payment options available during checkout are subject to regional validation.

Card Payment

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through our SSL-encrypted payment portal in accordance with PCI-DSS security protocols.

7. Bank Payment Instructions

For security and fraud prevention purposes, bank transfer details are not displayed directly on public web pages. If bank transfer is chosen:

Bank payment instructions and the required bank account details will be sent by email.

Official banking information (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, Account Holder) is managed by the administration and transmitted in the formal invoice attached to the confirmation email.

8. Deposit and Order Confirmation

Order validation requires an initial deposit automatically calculated as:

30% deposit of the total order amount.

The order summary explicitly displays:

• Total order amount
• Required 30% deposit
• Remaining 70% balance due prior to delivery
• Real-time payment status

9. Flexible Payment Options

Subject to eligibility and terms of sale, customized installment options may be arranged.

Payment in several monthly installments is available, interest-free, subject to the terms of sale.

Installment payment options do not constitute a financing obligation until formal agreement is executed.

12. Payment Status

Orders progress through transparent payment statuses:

• Payment Pending: Order received, awaiting initial deposit.
• Deposit Paid: 30% deposit received & verified by administration.
• Fully Paid: Complete financial balance settled.

14. Vehicle Delivery and Acceptance

The customer is responsible for providing complete delivery coordinates. Upon physical delivery, the customer inspects the vehicle and signs the delivery acceptance certificate.

15. Returns, Cancellation and Applicable Rights

Cancellation and return requests are evaluated according to statutory European consumer laws and specific contract terms. Statutory rights remain unimpaired.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers warrant the accuracy of identity information, contact details, and documents provided for customs and registration processing.
